Amazing Opportunities Kentucky (or AOK), is a joint venture between two heart driven, service minded individuals: LeeAnn Creech, Executive Director and Kaitlyn Paschall, Program Director. Together, we have a combined 30 years’ experience in providing supports to individuals with disabilities and have spent our lifetime being advocates.
LeeAnn, a previous Executive Director for SCL/MPW services and an active board member of the Kentucky Association of Private Providers. Having provided a multitude of services under the SCL/MPW, directly, and having supervised countless others in these service roles, brings familiarity of services and regulations in accordance with DDID philosophies.
Kaitlyn, a Behavior Support Specialist for individuals on both SCL/MPW waivers, has provided a multitude of services under both waivers as well. Having supported individuals in both waivers under a few providers, she brings together methodologies and practices that cover a variety of needs on the waiver.
We came together to meet the gaps in services that we currently see in our community with waiver participants. Having built strong, lasting relationships, we understand the need for inclusion, valued social roles, the devastation of loneliness, and the lack of providers of these services.
AOK is filling gaps, building bridges, and providing quality supports in our area!
